Ingredients:

  • bottom batter
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 package. 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 lb box powder sugar or 1/2 of a 2lb b a g or 31/2 cups
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Bottom
  2. Mix Bottom Batter Ingredients together.
  3. Spread in bottom of 9x13 ( Greased and Floured) pan (hard to spread).
  4. Mix top ingredients together.
  5. Pour on top of Bottom ingredients.
  6. Bake at 350 for 30-35 Minutes.
  7. Will be light golden brown, firm but gooey.
  8. Enjoy
