Goat Cheese Gratin

Ingredients:

  • 10 oz belle chevre confetti
  • 2 tsp.

Directions:

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Scatter Goat Cheese on bottom of gratin dish.
  3. Sprinkle with 1/2 of the herbs.
  4. Top with tomato sauce.
  5. Sprinkle remaining herbs and the olives over top.
  6. Broil until cheese is melted and fragrant and tomato sauce is sizzling.
  7. Serve with toasted baguettes.
