Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Sift together flour, ginger, cinnamon, cloves and salt into bowl; set aside.
  3. Combine butter, brown sugar, orange zest, and egg in large bowl. Using electric mixer set on high speed, beat until light and fluffy. Reduce speed to low, add flour mixture and mix until well blended.
  4. Pack dough into cookie press,. Fit with desired plate. Press dough out onto ungreased baking sheets spacing cookies 1 1/2 inches apart.
  5. Bake until just firm to touch, about 10 minutes. Transfer cookies to wire racks to cool. Store in airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
