Ingredients:

  • 3 or 4 ice cubes
  • 2 tbsp lemon or lime juice
  • large twist lemon or lime peel
  • 2-3 oz gin

Directions:

  1. Put the ice cubes in a 10-ounce highball glass, add the lemon or lime juice, peel and gin. Fill up with ginger ale and stir gently.
