German Chocolate Cherry Kuchen

Ingredients:

  • 150 g pflanzenol - vegetable oil
  • etwas milch- some ) enough ) milk
  • 150 g schokoraspeln - chocolate flakes ( i.e ) grated chocolate
  • 3 el - 3 tbsp kokoao - baking cocoa
  • 300 g mehl -flour
  • 1 package - backpulver try 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 package vanillezucker - vanilla sugar or 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 glass kirschen - 1 g;ass jar sweet cherries ( drained,pitted )

Directions:

  1. Beat sugar and eggs and vanilla until foamy.
  2. Gradually add the flour mixed with the baking powder.
  3. Combine and add the the cocoa, chocolate, and enough milk to make a very smooth dough .
  4. Beat the mixture on high speed until very well mixed.
  5. Add and blend in the cherries
  6. Place batter in a 26 cm greased springform pan.
  7. Bake 170C ( 325F- 338 ) about 60 minutes or tested done
  8. My Note: Cool and sift over powdered sugar or cocoa, serve with a dollop of whipped cream
