Ingredients:

  • 200 g butter
  • 350 g flour
  • 100 ml sugar
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 3 yolks
  • 1 tea spoon backing powder
  • stuffing
  • 150 ml sugar
  • 2 cups of walnut
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 3 tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Directions:

  1. Mix butter with a flour
  2. Add yolks and sour cream
  3. Knead the dough
  4. Leave it in a refrigerator for 20 minutes
  5. Stuffing
  6. Bite the whites with sugar
  7. Add ground walnuts
  8. Cut the dough for two parts
  9. To unroll one part
  10. Put in the form
  11. Put a stuffing layer
  12. Cut the dough on two parts
  13. Unroll one part
  14. Put above stuffing
  15. Put one more layer of a stuffing
  16. Put last part of dough
  17. Bake 30 minutes t 180C
  18. Cool it
  19. Glaze
  20. Mix cаcao, sour cream and sugar
  21. Heat up 3-5 min
  22. Cover a pie with glaze
