Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 boneless, skinles chicken breast

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  2. Infuse the garlic in warn olive oil. In a separate dish, Mis the parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs. Dip the chicken breasts in the garlic and olive oil mixture, then into the bread crumb mixture. Place in a shallow baking pan.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, until tender and cooked through.
