  1. Cook fusilli drain, cold water, drain again
  2. Blanch broccoli
  3. Combine vinegar, dijon, veg oil, salt , pepper, sugar, garlic powder and red pepper flakes.
  4. Combine fusilli, broccoli, parmesan toss with dressing Refridgerate for several hours to overnight.
