Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In large mixing bowl combine cake mix, peanut butter, butter and eggs. Stir by hand until dough holds together.
  2. Press 2/3 of dough into bottom of ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan.
  3. Prepare filling.
  4. In large saucepan combine chips, condensed milk and butter.
  5. Melt over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
  6. Remove from heat and mix in frosting mix.
  7. Spread filling over dough.
  8. Crumble remaining 1/3 of dough over filling.
  9. Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes, until golden.
  10. Bake at 325 if using a glass cake dish.
  11. Cool before cutting into squares.
