Ingredients:

  • mix and pour into 9x13 pan bake 350 for 35 minutes
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 large can (16 oz) fruit cocktail, undrained

Directions:

  1. Topping:
  2. BOIL 10 minutes
  3. 1 stick butter
  4. 1 cup evaporated milk
  5. 1 1/2 cup coconut
  6. 1 cup sugar
  7. Pour over hot cake. Cool
