Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp orange juice
  • 1/2 cup grape juice
  • 2 tbsp confectioners' sugar
  • 1 dash salt

Directions:

  1. Combine fruit juices.
  2. Beat egg white until frothy.
  3. Add salt and sugar and beat until stiff.
  4. Carefully stir egg whites into fruit juice.
