Directions:

  1. Soften gelatin in cold water. Place over hot water until gelatin dissolves.
  2. Combine all the ingredients.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Pour into an ice-cube tray.
  5. Freeze.
  6. Serve frozen cubes on a bed of lettuce.
