Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Take a pound of ground beef and brown it with a fourth cup of onions and a fourth cup of green pepper. Drain well and combine with one 16-ounce can tomatoes, one can drained whole kernel corn, one 8 ounce can of tomato sauce and a half of cup of sliced olives. You're almost through. Add a few dashes of chili powder, oregano and cumin, stir well to blend the seasonings and finish by sprinkling with crushed corn chips and a cheese of your choice. Your ingredients are basically cooked already, so just bake in a 350-degree oven until the casserole is heated through and through.
