Ingredients:

  • pinch of salt
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 medium egg
  • 1/4 cup tutti fruiti
  • 1/4 cup oil

Directions:

  1. Sift together flour and baking powder in a large bowl.
  2. Add salt,egg,milk,tutti fruiti,sugar and oil.
  3. Mix it well so that it becomes a thick batter.
  4. Heat oil for deep frying.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of mixture in the oil (using a teaspoon).
  6. Fry until golden on all sides.
  7. Drain on kitchen paper and serve warm.
