Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mash strawberries in a 3 quart glass dish; stir in pectin. Microwave on high 4-6 minutes, or until mixture boils.
  2. Stir in sugar and lemon juice. Microwave on high 7-9 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes, or until mixture comes to a full boil for 1 minute.
  3. Ladle into jars. Adjust caps. Store in refrigerator or freezer.
