Fresh Peach And Squash Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups peeled yellow or zucchini sqash
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 1/2 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Alternate layer of squash and peaches in 2 qt casserole dish
  2. Sprinkle with brown sugar and salt to taste
  3. Dot with butter
  4. Bake coveredd 350F 45 to 60 minutes or sqaush is tender
