Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp plus 2 tsp tarragon vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Cover and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours.
