Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut butternut into large chunks, leaving skin on.
  2. Combine in a saucepan dried apricot, sliced, dried cranberries, orange juice, unsalted butter, brown sugar, packed, 1/2 teaspoon salt, orange zest, minced, ground ginger.
  3. Bring to boil and simmer 10 minutes,,.
  4. Add baked pumpkin and glaze, and serve!
