Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown meat.
  2. Drain.
  3. Add 1/2 tomato sauce, onion and pepper.
  4. Cook over meduim heat 5 minutes.
  5. Add beans and 1/4 lb.
  6. Mexican velveeta cheese.
  7. Continue cooking until cheese melts.
  8. Fill each tortilla with 1/4 cup meat mixture.
  9. Roll up and place seam down in 12X8 greased baking dish.
  10. Top with remaining meat mixture and tomato sauce.
  11. Bake at 350 degrees covered for 20 minutes.
  12. Top with remaining cheese.
  13. Continue baking uncovered 5-8 minutes until cheese is melted.
