Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup corn meal
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • ( i used mccormack''s no-salt-added variety)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup water

Directions:

  1. Dust baking sheet with cornmeal
  2. Combine all wet and dry ingredients in bowl.
  3. Mix thoroughly
  4. Form four patty-sized rounded biscuits and place on baking sheet
  5. Sprinkle with coarse salt
  6. Bake 350*F for 15 to 20 minutes
  7. TEST RESULTS
  8. Taste == excellent
  9. Grain == even; well balanced
  10. Rising == inadequate
  11. Slicing quality == good
  12. Freezing quality == excellent
