  1. Pour Rotel into a bowl, Set aside.
  2. Put garlic and cilantro into a food processor, or chop really fine.
  3. Add garlic, cilantro and salt into your rotel in the bowl.
  4. Put the whole mixture into a food processor to mix well.
  5. (Optional) Chill about 3 hours before serving.
