Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Prep does not include chilling
  2. Crush the biscuits into crum texture in a bag ( crush with a rolling pin ) , empty into a bowl then add approx 100grms of melted
  3. Butter/margarine
  4. Mix crumbs and butter together well
  5. Empty this into a 10 inch round dish or deep dish pie plate pressing down the biscuit until the base is neatly covered,..and put into the fridge while preparing the rest of recipe
  6. Into a mixing bowl add the who 370 ml tin of condensed milk, 300ml of double cream, the grated rind of 5 limes, and the juice of 5 limes and whisk until thick and creamy...
  7. Place mixture over crumb crust and spread out evenly and pop it back into the fridge while preparing the chocolate...
  8. Into a bowl break up 50grm of chocolate and cook in the microwave until melted usually approx 60 sec..or as needed
  9. Get the tart out of the fridge ....
  10. Once the choclate is melted, get a small teaspoon and dip into the chocolate and quickly drizzle the chocolate running back and forth across the top of the tart without touching it
  11. Let the chocolate form lines doing this in both directions put back in the fridge and very chill well about 4 hours ....or overnight if needed
  12. Tart, can be kept up to 5 days in a fridge
