Directions:

  1. Combine water,sugar, milk and vanilla.
  2. In a separate bowl combine all other ingredents.
  3. Pour sugar mixture over oat mixture and press into a 9x13 baking dish.
  4. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Cut into bars.
