Easy Fruit Cobbler

Ingredients:

  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • pinch salt
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 cups of any fruit ( peaches , blueberries , blackberries or apples are all great)

Directions:

  1. Cook fruit over low head with 1/2 of sugar.
  2. You might need more for tart fruits, less for sweet.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Melt butter in pan.
  5. Mix dry ingredients and add milk.
  6. Pour over butter.
  7. Add fruit in spoonfuls.
  8. Combine well, and place into greased baking pan
  9. Bake at 350*F for 1 hour.
