Easy Chocolate Lovers Cheesepie

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 450 degrees
  2. Beat cream cheese and sugar in a large bowl with mixer until well blended.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla.
  4. Stir in 1 & 2/3 cups of the mini semi-sweet chocolate chips and pour into crust.
  5. Bake 10 minutes.
  6. Without opening oven door, reduce temperature to 250 degrees and continue baking for 30 minutes or until set.
  7. Remove from oven to wire rack and cool completely.
  8. Cover and refrigerate until thouroughly chilled.
  9. Place remaining 1/3 cups chips and whipping cream in a small bowl and microwave 20 to 30 seconds until mixture is smooth when stirred.
  10. Cool slightly and spread over top of cheesepie.
  11. Drizzle caramel topping over the top and sprinkle with toasted pecans.
  12. Refrigerate 15 minutes or until topping is set.
  13. Cover and refrigerate leftover pie.
