Easy Cheesecake Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1 (8 oz) container cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup fruit
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Combine first four ingredients into a blender.
  3. Pour into Grahm Cracker Crust.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes, or until set.
  5. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  6. Combine fruit and sugar in blender just before serving.
  7. Pour over pie.
  8. Enjoy! :).
