Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped (optional)

Directions:

  1. Mix all dry ingredients in a medium bowl. Whisk or mix in butter, water, eggs and vanilla. Add nuts, if using. You can bake them in muffin tins, just line the tins with paper muffin liners, no need to grease. Makes about 12 small muffin-size brownies.
  2. Bake at 325F for 25 minutes.
