Ingredients:

  • 1 can of chili with beans
  • 1 large 12 oz. package. doritos
  • 10 to 15 oz. enchilada sauce
  • 8 oz. can tomatoe sauce
  • 2 tbsp onion
  • 1 1/4 cup sour cream

Directions:

  1. Set aside sour cream} for the topping, 1/2 cup of the grated cheese, 1/3 of the doritos, Grate a small onion and measure 2 tbs, and set aside Take remaining 6 cups of doritos and crumble into a mixing bowl {mix the onion and all other ingredients Place into an 8 1/2x 11 inch casserole dish Bake for 20 min. at 375 degrees. Remove casserole from oven {Spread on: Sour cream cover with doritos and sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese on top. Bake for additional 5 minutes. Yum Yum, Enjoy
