Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 egg
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 6 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 1/2 tsp yeast

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in order listed in bread machine bucket. Process on dough cycle (135 - 140 minutes). Remove dough, punch down and form a ball, place in Saran Wrap and cover, let rest 10-15 minutes. Spray Pam in two 8 or 9 pans. Shape rolls into 9 balls and place in pans. Let rise until doubled (45 minutes - 1 hr). Bake 350F 15 minutes. Brush tops with butter and enjoy!
