Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Bake the eggs as described in the baked eggs recipe.
  2. Let cool.
  3. Peel.
  4. Rinse.
  5. Cut about 1/4 of the way down the pointy end of the egg to make a rounded topper.
  6. Scoop out the yellow, into a bowl.
  7. Mix yellows with mayo, relish, and seasonings.
  8. Make this creamy and to your personal taste.
  9. Fill the eggs up with the creamy mixture, over stuffing, so you can put the top on the mixture.
  10. Put the top on the mixture at an angle.
  11. Place 2 small black olive pieces as eyes and a small carrot sliver as the beak.
  12. Cool.
