Ingredients:

  • 1 (16 oz) box club crackers or 1 (16 oz) box any society-type crackers, they are rectangular in shape ,you won'tsp need the whole box,it depends on how many appetizers you wan
  • 2 cups brown sugar (remember you may not need all of it)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Line cookie sheet with Reynolds Release® foil.
  3. Cut bacon slices in half (or thirds if you've'smeared' it thin and long with your hands).
  4. I separate crackers at perforations so each cracker will be about two bites.
  5. Wrap bacon from under short end of cracker up and around to the other end of cracker so the cracker is wrapped and ends of bacon are underneath cracker.
  6. Sprinkle each bacon wrapped cracker with some brown sugar (to taste).
  7. Bake in 350° for about 20-30 minutes or until lightly browned and bacon is a little crispy.
  8. Remove IMMEDIATELY from baking sheet to serving platter especially if you haven't used the Release® foil because you don't want them to stick.
  9. Enjoy warm.
