Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In bowl mix well pear, raisins, sugar, flour, cinnamon and lemon juice. Turn into greased 10-ounce baking cup.
  2. Cover with pastry circle or sprinkle on preferred topping.
  3. Bake in preheated 375 degrees F oven 30 to 35 minutes or until crust is golden.
  4. Serve warm or cool with whipped cream or ice cream.
  5. PASTRY:.
  6. Cut 1 tablespoon shortening into 3 tablespoons flour and dash of salt. With fork stir in 1 teaspoon cold water. Gather in ball. Roll out floured surface to 5 1/2- inch circle. Place over fruit in baking cup; crimp edges and cut slits in crust.
  7. GRANOLA TOPPING:.
  8. Mix well 2 tablespoons granola and 1 1/2 teaspoons softened butter or margarine.
  9. CEREAL TOPPING:.
  10. Mix well 2 tablespoons crushed cereal flakes, 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar and 1 1/2 teaspoons butter or margarine.
