Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Line baking sheets with parchment or wax paper.
  2. Heat cream to a gentle boil in medium, heavy-duty saucepan.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Add chips; stir until mixture is smooth and all chocolate is melted.
  5. Refrigerate for 15 to 20 minutes or until slightly thickened.
  6. Drop chocolate mixture onto prepared baking sheet.
  7. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  8. Shape or roll into balls; coat with nuts, coconut or cocoa.
  9. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
