Danish Lemon Bread

Ingredients:

  • 6 tbsp butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 lemon , rind of
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together. Put into loaf pan.
  2. Bake at 375 degrees F fo.
  3. R 1 hour or until done.
  4. Drizzle glaze made of juice of 1 lemon and 1/3 cup sugar over hot bread.
