Ingredients:

  • 1 oz plymouth gin
  • 1 oz absolut apeach
  • 1 oz cointreau
  • 3 to 4 pieces of pineapple , muddled
  • splash of pinot noir

Directions:

  1. Start with sliced pineapple in a mixing tin. Add lemon juice and muddle. Add the liquors and ice. Shake and strain into a martini glass. Top with a Pinot Noir floater and garnish with a lemon wheel.
