Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Stir-fry the finely chopped onions gently.
  2. Add the ginger-garlic paste as soon as the onions turn brown.
  3. Add the tomatoes and stor-fry for 5 minutes.
  4. Add all the spices and salt.
  5. Add the fish.
  6. Allow it to cook for 5 minutes adding approximately 2 cups of water.
  7. Transfer this mixture to a pressure cooker with the cuttle fish and add 1.
  8. 5 cups of water.
  9. Allow it to cook for 15 minutes at a stretch.
  10. It is finally ready to be served.
  11. Serve in a bowl with fresh corriander for garnish.
  12. Serve hot.
  13. This can be served with chappatis and rice.
