Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown hamburger season with salt and pepper to taste and drain grease
  2. Roll out crescents and folt to make a cone shape and pinch edges
  3. Lay into a regular size muffin pan. Do not press them
  4. Set aside
  5. Put approx 2 Tbls of olive oil in skillet
  6. Add onion, garlic, mushrooms
  7. When mixture starts to carmelize add thyme and rosemary and pinch of salt and pepper
  8. Let simmer until onions are cooked through
  9. Put spoonful of meat into crescent
  10. Then spoonful of onion mixture
  11. Then meat again
  12. Top with mozzarella cheese
  13. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until golden brown
  14. You can also use ground turkey or chicken
