Cresent Roll Cake

Ingredients:

  • 2 package. cresent rolls
  • 2 package. 8oz. cream cheese
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup sugar
  • for drizzle
  • 3 tbsp milk

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Spray retangular cake dish with some pam.
  3. Then line the dish with one can of cresent rolls.
  4. Place in the oven for just about 5 mins. till rolls slightly golden and puffed.
  5. Beat the cream cheese, egg yolk, sugar and vanilla then spread over the cresent rolls.
  6. Then spread the pie filling over the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Cover with the remaining package of rolls and then sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
  8. Bake for 30 mins.
  9. Then as it slightly cools mix the powdered sugar and milk to form a drizzle and spoon over the top.
  10. You can make with any kind of pie filling and adjust the topping on the cresent rolls before baking. example : just sugar for lemon or blueberries ect.
