Ingredients:

  • 2 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup flour

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate batter for an hour to let the bubbles subside.
  2. Bring back to room temperature to make crepes.
