Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup flour

Directions:

  1. In a blender combine all of the ingredients.
  2. You MUST own a non stick saute pan to complete this recipe. In your nonstick pan, preheat to medium heat. Once your saute pan is heated, rub with a little extra butter just so there is a light coat.
  3. Pour about an 1/8 of a cup of batter per pan and swirl it around until it has thinly coated the bottom (depending upon the size of the crepe you are making, as well as the size of the pan you are using, you may pour a bit more or less).
  4. It will take about 1-2 minutes to cook on the first side. You will know it is finished cooking when the sides start to pull away from the pan.
  5. Using a heat resistant spatula, loosen the crepe from the sides of the pan and then flip the crepe all together. It will only take a matter of seconds to cook the second side.
  6. Combine with your favorite toppings and serve.
