Ingredients:

  • 1 onion whole 4 tbsp butter saute
  • 3 flour tbsp add vegtable
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 1 tsp thyme cover & simmer 20 min

Directions:

  1. Cool after simmering, pour into food processor till smooth. Pour back into pot add salt & pepper & one cup of heavy cream.
