Cranberry White Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups flour
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Mix and set aside flour, baking soda, salt, and nutmeg.
  2. In large bowl, mix butter, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla. Add egg and egg white to mixture.
  3. Gradually add in flour mixture and mix until incorporated. Gradually stir in chocolate chips and dried cranberries.
  4. Drop on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
