Cranberry Apple Sauce

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In medium saucepan combine cranberries and sugar.
  2. Mash cranberries slightly then add syrup and 1/4 cup water and mix well.
  3. Bring to boiling stirring 3 minutes or until cranberries pop.
  4. Add chopped apple and butter.
  5. Bring to boiling then reduce heat and simmer covered for 5 minutes.
  6. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
