Cranberry and Vanilla Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350.
  2. Grease cookie sheets.
  3. In large bowl, combine butter and sugar; beat until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs and butter flavoring; mix well.
  5. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off.
  6. Add flour, oats, baking soda and salt; mix well.
  7. Stir in cranberries and vanilla chips.
  8. Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto greased cookie sheets.
  9. Bake at 350 for 9 to 11 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
  10. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheets.
  11. Cool on wire racks 15 minutes or until completely cooled.
