  1. In a small bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients. Set aside.
  2. Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt. Drain and rinse under cold water until cooled.
  3. In a large bowl, toss together cooled pasta with remaining salad ingredients. Drizzle dressing over salad and toss well.
