Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sifted flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large package chocolate chips
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups oats
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cans coconut

Directions:

  1. Cream butter and sugars together.
  2. Add eggs, flour, salt and soda.
  3. Add vanilla, oats, coconut and chocolate chips.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Drop by tablespoon onto greased cookie sheet.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
  7. Makes 6 dozen cookies.
