Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt margarine in a large pot.
  2. Saute onion, celery and garlic.
  3. Add potatoes, carrot, stock, water and pepper to pot.
  4. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until vegetables are tender.
  5. Add flaked salmon, reserved salmon liquid, milk and corn.
  6. Simmer until heated through.
  7. Adjust seasoning.
