Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows or 3/4 cup marshmallow
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp cocoa
  • 1/2-1 cup margarine
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 cup coke
  • 6 tbsp coke
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1 (1 lb) box powdered sugar
  • 1 cup nuts
  • 2 tbsp cocoa

Directions:

  1. Mix together flour, sugar, and marshmallows; set aside.
  2. Melt and bring to a boil margarine, oil, cocoa and coke.
  3. When mixture boils pour into flour mixture.
  4. Beat eggs, buttermilk, soda add to mix.
  5. Stir well.
  6. This batter will be thin.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees in greased 13x9-inch pan for 30 to 45 minutes.
  8. Frosting: Combine margarine, cocoa, coke. Heat to boiling point remove from heat.
  9. Add sugar and nuts. Spread on cake while hot!
