Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix first four ingredients.
  2. Mix in sour cream.
  3. In separate bowl, make topping by combining last three ingredients.
  4. In well geased 13 x 2 pan, spread 1/2 batter, then 1/2 topping.
  5. Repeat again.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes in moderate oven (350).
