Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Bake cake according to directions in a 9 X 13 inch pan
  2. When cake is done, remove from oven
  3. While cake is hot, pierce holes in the cake with a fork
  4. In a bowl, mix Eagle Brand Milk and cream of coconut
  5. Spread over hot cake
  6. Next, spread the *drained* crushed pineapple over the cake
  7. Refrigerate until cooled
  8. After cake is cooled, spread the *whipped* cream over the cake
  9. Sprinkle the coconut over the whipped cream
  10. Add toasted pecans
  11. Refrigerate
  12. This cake is best if made the day before you plan to serve it
